The rules, written like a friend

Orders are prepaid

Every order is paid in advance by easy bank transfer (QR or account details appear on your payment screen after checkout). We are a small workshop and filament for your order is purchased when your order is confirmed, so nothing prints or ships before payment lands.

The 24 hour payment window

Your order number reserves your slot for 24 hours. Pay within that window and printing is scheduled immediately; after 24 hours the reservation lapses and the order may need reconfirming, subject to workload that week.

Confirmation and references

Always use your order number as the bank transfer reference. The moment payment arrives we confirm on your phone number, lock your customization details, and start printing. If anything is unclear in your notes, we ask before printing, not after.

Customization

Names, numbers and colors are customized free unless a product page says otherwise. Spellings must be given correctly in the order notes; we print exactly what you write, including creative spellings. Customization locks once printing starts.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include delivery nationwide. Bundle prices show the crossed-out original so you can verify the discount. We do not add surprise charges after checkout, ever.

Delivery

Orders dispatch in 24-48 hours after payment confirmation (customized pieces may take one day longer) and reach your door in 2-3 working days, anywhere in Pakistan. Courier tracking arrives on your WhatsApp.

Photo approval before dispatch

Every customized order gets a photo of the finished piece sent to you before it ships. Speak up within 24 hours of that photo if something looks wrong; silence means we box it and send it with love.

Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, send one photo within 3 days of delivery and we reprint and reship free. No forms, no fighting. If tracking shows the parcel stuck for 7 days, message us and we take it up with the courier on your behalf.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel before printing starts and we refund the full amount to your account within 3 working days. After printing starts, customized pieces cannot be refunded (nobody wants someone else’s name keychain), but the photo approval step exists precisely so this rarely happens. Non-customized items can be returned unused within 7 days for a reprint or refund minus courier cost.

Honest material notes

Pieces print in PLA+, a plant-based plastic that is tough but not invincible: keep it out of hot parked cars in Pakistani summer, and do not use keychains as self-defence weapons against siblings. Colors can vary slightly between screens and filament batches; we match as closely as filament physics allows.

Bulk and return gift packs

Party and class packs are confirmed against the list you provide (names, sections, phone numbers). We reconfirm the full list with you before printing; once printing starts, list changes are not possible on that batch.
