Your data, in plain words

What we collect

Only what delivery physically requires, entered by you at checkout:

• Name — so the parcel and our messages address the right human.
• Phone number — for order confirmation, payment confirmation and courier coordination.
• City and address — printed on the courier label, nowhere else.
• Order notes — names and customization text you want printed.

Why we collect it

To print the right name on the right keychain and get it to the right doorstep. That is the entire list of reasons. We do not build marketing profiles, we do not run ads against your data, and we do not sell, rent or trade any of it. Nobody has ever bought your phone number from us, and nobody ever will.

Analytics on this site

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, plus our own lightweight counter, to learn things like how many people visited and which products get opened most. These tools store no personal profiles and use no advertising cookies. We see “142 visits from Karachi”, not “Ayesha from Gulberg looked at 6 cats”.

Payment information

Orders are paid by bank transfer from your own banking app. Your banking login, PIN and card details stay inside your bank’s app and never touch our systems. All we see is the amount and reference number landing in the account.

Who else sees your data

Realistically: me, and the courier. The courier receives the name, phone and address on the shipping label because physics. We share nothing with anyone beyond what a parcel needs to reach you.

WhatsApp conversations

If you message us on WhatsApp, the chat stays on our phones for order history and quality promises (like your photo approval). We do not add you to broadcast lists or send promotions you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Order details are kept for as long as needed for warranties and reprints, then cleaned out. Ask us to delete your data anytime and it is gone within 7 days, with a confirmation message saying so.

Children

Our products are loved by kids but purchased by adults. Orders should be placed by people 18 or older, or with a grown-up supervising the rupees part.

Changes and contact

If this policy ever changes, the new version appears here with a fresh date. Questions? Message 0321 5516711 on WhatsApp and a human (the same one who packs your order) will answer.
